Do I have to live in Texas to see you?

No! You must have a pimary residence in Texas for me to bill your insurance but as a PSYPACT provider I am able to provide therapy services to people all active PSYPACT states.

What insurances do you take?

I currently accept insuance plans from:

  • Aetna
  • Cinga

I am working dilgently to take more insurances (including Optum, BCBS, United Health, and Oscar). Click here to see if your insurance is covered!

If I do not take your insurance, I would considered an "out of network" provider. Click here for out of network rates.

What is your cancelation policy?

Once we start our work, I commit to you. I ask that you are equally invested. Your time is specifically reserved for you so it is important you attend your sessions on time and regularly to reap the benefits of therapy.

Cancellations will need to be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Otherwise, a $100 late cancellation fee / $200 no-show fee will be charged to your card on file (not your insurance company) for missed appointments.

Two consecutively cancelled appointments will result a conversation regarding potential barriers for attending sessions, requests for referrals, or termination. I understand unexpected life circumstances happen, so we can discuss if these situations arise.

Late arrivals will not receive an extension of time as a courtesy for other clients after your appointment.

What ages do you work with?

I have training and experience in working with individuals 6 and older. However, due to currently having an exlusively virtual practice I am limiting the ages I see to teens and adults. Children younger than 12 may be accepted on a case by case basis.

What evidence-based treatments do you provide?

I have recieved specialized training and supervision in the following:

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
